Bildhalle is excited to be part of the 10th anniversary edition of photo basel; Switzerland’s first and only international art fair dedicated to photography based art. To mark its anniversary, phot basel will be welcoming 39 galleries from 15 countries; showcasing 450 photographic positions by over 150 artists.
photo basel strives to include and combine young galleries as well as already renowned ones, Swiss exhibitors as well as international ones, those with a bold contemporary program as well as others with strong historic positions. Bildhalle will be present at the fair with works by Thomas Hoepker (DE/US), Jeffrey Conley (US), Joost Vandebrug (NL) and Albarràn Cabrera (ES).
Since 2016, the show has been located directly next to the Art Basel exhibition grounds, in the premises of the Volkshaus Basel.
