BRUNO AUGSBURGER TANTER ILS MUONDS – ZWISCHEN DEN WELTEN: BILDHALLE POP-UP IN ARDEZ

Bruno Augsburger has always moved between civilisation and wilderness, the urban and the rural, mountain and valley. His longing for unspoilt nature led him to the vastness of Scandinavia and Canada over the years. Today, he also seeks this unspoilt nature in Unterengadin (Lower Engadine), where he has lived and photographed since 2017. Here, he has found a valley between tradition and change, between Rhaeto-Romanic and German, and between nature and the eternal urge of humankind to conquer it. Augsburger seeks to capture these contrasts in his pictures: between the worlds, ‘tanter ils muonds’.
